Shipping Policy

Order Tracking:

(This section applies to parcel deliveries only, it does not apply to pallet deliveries!)
It’s important to keep track of your order to make sure your goods are delivered as and when you need them. When we dispatch your order, we will email you the consignment and Tracking Number.

Delivery Time:

Your order will usually be shipped within 2-3 working days after receipt of your payment, in most cases much quicker than this. If a product you ordered is out of stock, and during busy times, a short delay is possible.

Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.30pm specific delivery times and Saturday deliveries are available but additional charges apply please email or phone us for a quote if you require these services.

Delivery Cost:

Free delivery on orders over £50 excluding V.A.T. in UK and Ireland.

You need to pay £4.99 for shipment under £50 order.

Out of Stock Items and Back Orders:

We always aim to keep our website up to date. At busy times several customers may place orders for the same item causing them to go out of stock. Orders that contain products that are out of stock at the time of order (and not due back in stock within the coming seven days), will be sent out without those items. We do not hold ‘back orders’. Articles out of stock (if still required) will have to be re-ordered at a later date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which is subject to the below terms:

The product that is bought from Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.

In addition to your legal rights (under UK distance selling regulations), we offer a 14-day no-fuss returns guarantee – if you are not happy with your product within 14 days you can return the products to us in their original condition for a full refund. Please contact us with the details ( before you return the goods. We will refund your payment within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.


In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product you have received turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. 


Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

 Which items are not returnable?

 Except when they are defective or not as stated, the following products are not available for exchange or refund:

-Items you received more than 14 days ago

-Products that have been unsealed or have been opened (other than where necessary to inspect)

-Products lacking their original labels or packaging

-Products or packaging in lousy condition

-Gift Cards, CDs, or vinyl records that have been opened Items that have your personal information on them or that have been manufacturer-registered

-When an item has been customized for you or manufactured to your exact specs.

Items that cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns:

-Face covers

-Swimwear (when the hygiene seal has been removed) (where the hygiene seal has been removed)

-Mattresses (unless stated in a supplier promotion) (unless indicated in a supplier promotion)

-Beautifying goods

-Products for personal care (such as electric razors, and breast pumps)

Please be aware that we are unable to complete a refund if you return items that aren't covered by our returns policy or if you don't have a receipt or order confirmation.
